This is a long overdue review but I wanted to write this one because I had an amazing experience at Bianca. I really enjoyed the presence of the team that were with me that day which made my Bianca experience memorable and pleasing for me to want to go back in the future. First, I would have to say that I was impressed by Mariya who did all the translation from Japanese to English - and even more impressed when I heard her translating for a Chinese patient (when I was waiting around in the lobby) - "wow" summarizes that. Not only that, Mariya was hospitable in her care for me. The building was cold but she made sure to get me hot water when they serve only cold water to clients. During my procedures, she provided with me blankets and even covered me. My nurse Arai was so sweet. She ensured that my Volnewmer laser experience and Lhala peel was comfortable. Her movements were gentle and cautious. I felt completely safe in her care. Doctor Akashi Hime - love her! She understood my needs in that whatever I did, I want a natural outcome that would show in the long run. So everything she offered was more regenerative. She also understood that I was nervous of RF devices because of the risk of fat loss, but I was comforted by the idea that Dr. Akashi Hime herself does volnewmer laser every 3 months and she does PRP injections on herself - and she looks fantastic. So I proceeded with the laser, PRP injections under my eyes, Rejuran healer full face, and Jalupro collagen injection in my temples. It has been 2 weeks post procedures, and I would say that my skin looks refreshed. Oh, and I am most amazed by the Jalupro results. Thank you, Doctor Akashi Hime, Nurse Arai, and Mariya. You all made that experience very pleasant.

I recently got a treatment for my rosacea here and it couldn’t have been a more seamless and wonderful process. You are greeted when you walk in and the staff are incredibly welcoming and helpful. I immediately was set up with a translator who helped me understand what the process would be like and let me express my concerns and areas I wanted to have looked at. After this the doctor came in and gave her recommendations while the translator made sure we both understood each other completely. This gave me a lot of confidence in my decision since I knew what I was getting into and didn’t feel uncomfortable or confused at any stage (which is important when getting treatments). After that I got ready for treatment which was made easy at every step because of the system they have here. Everything flows in an orderly fashion and you don’t have to wait for hours. I had my laser treatment after that, which went great, and then the doctor came in to do the targeted spots I needed to help reduce my facial veins. I can say that the next day my face had greatly reduced redness and the facial veins I’ve been so insecure about are barely noticeable. I do believe another round of treatments would help this even more but I am thrilled with my results and intend to come back the next time I am in Tokyo. I highly recommend for anyone who is visiting Tokyo from overseas and wants to get facial treatments done or if you have rosacea like me the AdvantX laser is wonderful!! I honestly can’t say enough amazing things about Dr. Yukitaro and the entire team. From the moment I walked through the doors, I felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. I never felt rushed at any point. Every interaction was thoughtful, genuinely handled with care and I truly felt like I was their priority.

Before my procedure, Dr. Yukitaro and the nurse took the time to explain everything in detail, making sure I understood exactly what to expect from beginning to end. Their patience, kindness, and willingness to answer all of my questions immediately put me at ease.

The nurse was absolutely amazing. She was so gentle, attentive, and reassuring throughout the entire procedure. She continuously checked on me, making sure I was comfortable and calm, and her caring nature made such a difference in my experience.

What impressed me the most was the personal touch. This is not a clinic where you’re simply another appointment. They genuinely take the time to get to know you, listen to your concerns, and make you feel valued. The care felt individualized, sincere, and heartfelt.

Even after my procedure, their exceptional care continued. They carefully explained what to expect during recovery, provided detailed aftercare instructions, and made sure I felt comfortable and confident before I flew back home. That level of dedication speaks volumes about how much they truly care about their patients.

Thank you, Dr. Yukitaro and the entire team, for making what could have been a nerve-wracking experience feel so comfortable and reassuring. Your professionalism, compassion, and genuine kindness are something I’ll always remember. Best clinic I have ever visited. The service is far beyond the standards of europe.

The consultation was in fluent english. The procedures (Volnewmer and Juvelook) done with highest care. And prices were transparent and fair.

The visual impression of the clinic resembles 1:1 the all over quality. The clinic itself is on the top floor, with stunning sight over the city and the interior resembles a luxury hotel spa.
Every single one of the staff, nurses and doctors are high maintenance, which I personally think is very important for the credibility of the understanding of aesthetics.

I had my treatment done today with Dr. Yumi and Nurse Wada, and I am very pleased with the experience.

I have had aesthetic treatments in the United States, and after researching several clinics in Tokyo, I chose Bianca Clinic. The staff was professional, welcoming, and there were English translators available throughout the process, which made everything very comfortable and easy to understand.

I appreciated that the team took the time to customize my treatment plan based on my goals. They provided recommendations and explained different options, but I never felt pressured to add services or treatments.

The clinic is beautiful, the service was excellent, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. I look forward to returning in two weeks for my next treatment while I’m still in Tokyo.

I had a wonderful experience at Bianca Clinic in Japan and would highly recommend it, especially for international patients.
From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, kind, and accommodating. I actually made a scheduling mistake and showed up on the wrong day, but they went out of their way to fit me in and made me feel completely at ease. That level of flexibility and customer care really stood out.
The clinic is very foreigner-friendly, with English-speaking staff who ensured clear communication throughout the entire process. Dr. Hime was exceptionally knowledgeable and professional. She took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure, listened carefully to my concerns, and tailored the treatment specifically to areas I wanted to address, including my under-eyes, smile lines, and neck.
I was initially quite nervous, especially after hearing that the Rejuran treatment could be painful, but Dr. Hime reassured me and shared her own experience with it, which helped build trust. The use of additional numbing and lidocaine made a noticeable difference in comfort, and the procedure was much more tolerable than I expected.
What impressed me most was the attention to detail and personalized approach. It never felt rushed or generic. Even after just one session, I could already see visible improvements, and I understand why this treatment is typically done in a series.
While it may not be the cheapest option, the quality of care, expertise, and overall experience made it absolutely worth it. I would not hesitate to return in the future and would even consider traveling again just to see Dr. Hime.

My sister and I visited Bianca Clinic during our trip to Tokyo. We booked the Sakura Glow Package that included a hydrafacial, massage peel, and Rejuran injections. We had the best experience! Our translator Maryia was amazing and our doctor Sumi was knowledgeable and great! The rejuran injections were painless. We would definitely recommend coming here while in Tokyo!

Beautiful, modern and welcoming clinic—I felt really taken care of from the moment I arrived.
I got consultation that was tailored to my needs, and the staff checked in on me regularly to make sure I was feeling okay. A nurse came in to handle the anesthesia, and everything was done so smoothly and gently.

I was seen by Dr. Minami and Dan Dan, who were both incredibly kind and professional. They made the whole experience feel calm and smooth. The clinic itself is spotless and private; everything feels really premium and the service makes it seamless.

I’d definitely come back and would recommend it to anyone looking for both quality care and a warm, relaxing atmosphere. And highly recommend Dr Minami as well.

Amazing experience at Bianca Clinic! I came in a few days before and first spoke to Kenichi Shimamori who was a translator for me in English. I know some Japanese but definitely not medical Japanese, so I was super grateful for him! He helped me schedule my appointment, go over the medical consent forms, helped with intake and consultation on the day and even helped distract me by talking during the procedure. The physician I had, Dr. Uoya was super gentle, and kept checking in if I was okay during the procedure.
I mentioned I was nervous getting Juvelook for the first time, so they booked me for topical numbing and laughing gas NO2. Overall the procedure was a 2:10 pain. Totally tolerable! Instead of planning a field trip with my friends to Korea, we want to come back here instead! Great prices, friendly warm service by both Kenichi Shimamori and Dr. Uoya. Not to mention other than the amazing service, is that they don’t push you to buy if you’re not comfortable.
I felt completely relaxed, safe and happy with the process and excited for my results! Thank you Kenichi and Dr Uoya!

I had been interested in visiting Bianca Clinic for a while and had been following them on social media. The doctors post often, and the results always looked amazing.

I received the “omakase” filler, mainly focused on adding volume around my face, and also had collagen injections under my eyes. This was honestly one of my best experiences at a clinic in Japan. The results were the best I’ve had so far, and the recovery time was minimal.
