Treatment details: Hyaluronic Acid Injection (Temples: NEAUVIA STIMULATE)
Hollow temples are easy to overlook and hard to ignore once seen, since they narrow the upper third and make the brow and orbital rim look sharper than intended. STIMULATE was chosen rather than a standard hyaluronic acid gel because it works as a biostimulator, adding a modest amount of immediate volume while encouraging the tissue to build its own support over the following months. Injection is deep, above the periosteum, away from the vessels that run through this region. The image was taken directly after the session. The visible correction is subtle at first and develops further over eight to twelve weeks.
The temple contains large vessels close to the surface, so bruising here can be extensive and occasionally spreads toward the eyelid. Injection is placed deep against bone, which feels heavy or achy for a few days and can bring on a headache. Lumps or a visible edge may be noticed as swelling goes down and can be adjusted. Vessel injury or occlusion is rare and treated as an emergency. The gel is resorbed gradually, so the hollow returns over roughly nine to twelve months.
