Important Notes for Appointments & Visits
Our clinic operates strictly by appointment only.
We do not accept walk-ins. Please book an appointment before your visit. For availability on the day, please DM us on Instagram @bianca_clinic_tokyo.
- Submission of the web-based medical questionnaire is required before your visit. If prior submission cannot be confirmed, you may experience longer wait times even if you arrive at your reserved time.
- Please note that if you cancel without notice twice, you will no longer be able to book appointments online through our system.
- Inquiries received outside of clinic hours will be addressed on the next business day.
【Estimated Time Required】
- First visit, counseling only: Approx. 1 to 1.5 hours
- Counseling and skin treatment on the same day: Counseling (1 hour), payment, then treatment (30 mins - 1 hour, depending on treatment). Total: Approx. 2 to 3 hours.
- Counseling and injection treatment on the same day: Counseling (1 hour), payment, then treatment (30 mins - 1 hour, depending on treatment and anesthesia). Total: Approx. 2 to 3 hours.

Travel Expense Support
For patients who travel to our clinics from outside the Kanto region by public transportation, part of the round trip fare can be deducted from the treatment fee.
*This program is available only to residents of Japan.
Patients traveling to Japan from overseas are not eligible.
Eligibility
- Residents of Japan living outside the Kanto region
- Travel by public transportation (train, bus, airplane, etc.)
- Able to submit official paper receipts (originals) for the fares
Required Documents
- Official receipts for the round trip on public transportation: paper originals only (digital receipts and photocopies are not accepted)
- Identification showing your current address (driver's license, My Number card, health insurance card, certificate of residence, etc.)
Discount Amounts

*Based on the treatment fee before tax. The discount is applied directly to your payment and cannot be provided in cash. For surgeries, it is applied to the total contract amount.
Terms & Conditions
- Please present your receipts and ID at reception before payment. Submissions or requests made after payment has been completed cannot be accepted.
- The discount is applied once per contract.
- As a general guide, receipts should be dated within about one week before or after your visit date. Only travel required for your clinic visit is covered.
- Can be combined with Enmusubi Points and Reward discounts. The travel discount is applied to the amount remaining after all other discounts.
【Not Eligible】
- Receipts submitted or claims made after payment is completed
- Residents of the Kanto region, or patients living outside Japan
- Treatments that already have discounts applied, such as monitor pricing or course contracts
- Medical micropigmentation (art-make) and product purchases
- Cases where official paper receipts (originals) cannot be submitted
- Costs other than public transportation fares (taxi, private car, gasoline, etc.)
