What is Condensed Rich Face (CRF)?
Condensed Rich Face (CRF) is a technique where fat taken from your own body is purified and concentrated into dense, high-quality fat cells before being re-injected into the face. The fat is processed with a specialized device and centrifuged in a closed, air-free system, allowing only clean, sterile concentrated fat to be used — something traditional facial fat grafting cannot achieve.
While standard fat grafting typically shows about a 40% survival rate, and fat stem cell injections report around 80%, CRF has demonstrated survival rates of over 90%. Because of this higher purity and graft survival, CRF can effectively improve wrinkles, hollow areas, and age-related changes in facial contour.

Natural Finish with Long-Lasting Results
With Condensed Rich Face, the material injected into the face is not an artificial filler — it is your own body fat, processed using specialized technology. Because the tissue is autologous, the risk of foreign body reactions is significantly reduced, and the result looks and feels more natural. Once the fat successfully engrafts, it is far less likely to be reabsorbed, which means long-lasting improvement is often achieved with just a single session.
In comparison, conventional fat grafting carried higher risks such as fat necrosis and calcification. CRF minimizes those concerns by injecting only purified, healthy fat in a sterile, closed system. -
Reduced Treatment Time to Ease Burden
Condensed Rich Face also shortens treatment time significantly compared to conventional fat stem cell injections. Traditionally, harvesting fat, isolating stem cells, and reinjecting them could take six hours or even half a day — which meant longer anesthesia time and, in some cases, multiple injections, placing more strain on the patient.
With Condensed Rich Face, specialized equipment streamlines fat extraction and preparation. The entire procedure can generally be completed in about 2.5 hours, making it a practical option even for patients with busy schedules.

Treatment Benefits
-
Natural look and feel with your own fat
Fat harvested from your body is injected into the face, creating a natural finish in both appearance and texture.
-
Higher graft survival than conventional fat grafting
Fat purified with CRF technology achieves over 90% survival, allowing long-lasting effects from just one session.
-
Younger, refreshed impression with under-eye fat grafting
By combining with under-eye treatments, hollows and shadows can be improved for a balanced, rejuvenated look.

Anesthesia
Condensed Rich Face typically uses relaxation anesthesia (with IV sedation if necessary). Patients are asleep during the procedure. Local anesthesia is also applied to harvest and injection sites, sometimes combined with nitrous oxide.

Fat Harvesting
Fat is collected from areas such as the inner thighs or abdomen. The inner thighs are preferred for soft, high-quality fat. Only a small volume is required for Condensed Rice Face, not enough to cause visible slimming.

FAQ
- Q Is there pain during the procedure?
-
A
Since anesthesia is used during Condensed Rich Face treatment, patients generally do not feel pain, though there may be individual differences in sensitivity.
- Q Is there pain in the areas where fat is harvested or injected after the procedure?
-
A
The level of discomfort after treatment varies. At the fat harvesting site, patients may experience muscle soreness for about a week. The injection site rarely causes pain, though swelling may occur.
- Q Will lumps form after fat injection?
-
A
By injecting condensed rich fat, the risks of lumps or fat necrosis are minimized. Since no artificial materials are used, the risk of foreign body reactions is also low.
- Q When will I start noticing results?
-
A
Most patients begin to notice improvements about two weeks after treatment, once downtime subsides. Since a portion of the injected fat is naturally absorbed, a slightly fuller appearance may be noticeable at first, but results stabilize and settle by around three months.
- Q Will there be scars at the fat harvesting site?
-
A
A very small incision is made for fat suction. Redness may last for one to two months after treatment but gradually fades, leaving a fine white scar only a few millimeters in size.
- Q How many sessions are needed?
-
A
In most cases, a single treatment is sufficient to achieve noticeable results. However, if additional volume is desired after reviewing the initial outcome, reinjection is possible.
- Q Can I return to work the day after the procedure?
-
A
Many patients return to work one to two days after treatment, though recovery varies. Bruising at injection sites may occur, but it can usually be concealed with makeup or a mask.
- Q Which is better, hyaluronic acid injections or Condensed Rich Face?
-
A
The choice depends on the patient’s goals. Both options have distinct features:
[Hyaluronic Acid Injections]
● Treatment time: approx. 10 minutes
● Material injected: Hyaluronic acid filler
● Duration: Absorbed within about 6 months to 2 years
● Features: Quick and simple with only injections, but requires repeat treatments as results fade
● Suitable for: Patients trying aesthetic treatments for the first time
[Condensed Rich Face (CRF)]
● Treatment time: approx. 2.5 hours
● Material injected: Concentrated fat cells extracted from your own body fat
● Duration: Long-lasting, as once engrafted, the fat is not reabsorbed
● Features: Does not require repeated procedures, though the cost per session is higher than hyaluronic acid injections
● Suitable for: Patients who have already undergone hyaluronic acid injections multiple times and wish to take a step up - Q Does Condensed Rich Face have a high engraftment rate?
-
A
Yes. While conventional fat grafting achieves around 40% survival and fat stem cell injections around 80%, Condensed Rich Face achieves over 90% survival, offering one of the highest engraftment rates available.
