Yes. English speaking staff are permanently available at both branches. Ginza also has Chinese speaking staff.

Depending on the treatment, some procedures may not be performed on the same day. A consultation will be conducted first.

How does the Enmusubi Referral Program work?
Refer a first-time BIANCA guest and you’ll both receive 10,000 points (worth ¥10,000) once their visit is complete. There’s no limit to how many friends you can refer.
