How can I book an appointment?

You can book an appointment online 24/7.

For first-time patients, please use our online booking system.
Online booking allows you to easily change or cancel your appointment and fill out the medical questionnaire in advance.
Please note that if the medical questionnaire is not completed beforehand for your first visit, your consultation time may be shortened.

*Please be sure to log in to My Page using the same booking platform you used to make your reservation.

What are the model/promotional prices?

A.

The price and discount rate for models vary depending on the degree of change, photo/video exposure, etc.
The doctor will determine the specifics during your consultation.

Q.

Can I change or cancel my appointment?

A.

Changes or cancellations can be made up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.

[A change/cancellation fee of ¥2,200 (tax included) will be incurred if made less than 48 hours in advance.]

For same-day or next-day changes/cancellations, please contact the clinic directly as these cannot be processed online.

*Please note that we cannot accept changes or cancellations via reply to your appointment confirmation email.

 

How to Change/Cancel via Direct Booking or LINE Booking:

(*Direct booking refers to appointments made in person at the clinic or by phone.)

① Open BIANCA’s LINE (https://page.line.me/cin6511g?openQrModal=true).
② Tap “各メニューはこちらから” (Menus are here).
③ Tap the reservation screen, open the three-line menu in the top left, and tap “予約一覧” (Reservation List).
④ Tap “詳細を見る” (View Details) for the appointment you wish to change/cancel.
⑤ Tap either “予約を変更する” (Change Reservation) or “予約をキャンセルする” (Cancel Reservation) in the appointment details section.
⑥ If you selected “Change Reservation,” choose new patient/returning patient, treatment menu, doctor, date/time, and confirm the reservation.
⑦ If you selected “Cancel Reservation,” choose “いいえ・はい” (No/Yes) on the bottom right of the cancellation screen.
⑧ After changing/cancelling, please recheck your reservation list to ensure the details are correct.

*”Direct bookings” can only be cancelled via My Page. To change, please cancel and rebook.

 

How to Change/Cancel via Web Booking:

① Open the web booking screen from BIANCA’s website (https://biancaclinic.jp/contact/).
② Open the three-line menu in the top left and tap “予約一覧” (Reservation List).
③ Log in using the email address and password you used for booking.
④ Once the reservation list appears, tap “詳細を見る” (View Details) for the appointment you wish to change/cancel.
⑤ Tap either “予約を変更する” (Change Reservation) or “予約をキャンセルする” (Cancel Reservation) in the appointment details section.
⑥ If you selected “Change Reservation,” choose new patient/returning patient, treatment menu, doctor, date/time, and confirm the reservation.
⑦ If you selected “Cancel Reservation,” choose “いいえ・はい” (No/Yes) on the bottom right of the cancellation screen.
⑧ After changing/cancelling, please recheck your reservation list to ensure the details are correct.

How to Cancel by Phone:
① Follow the Navi-Dial prompts to leave a message with your cancellation request on the answering machine.
*Changes cannot be processed via voicemail; please speak directly with an operator for changes.

About Treatments

Q.

How long does a treatment take?

A.

The duration varies depending on the specific treatment and the individual patient. Please allow ample time for your visit.

Q.

How long does a surgical procedure take?

A.

This depends on the type of surgery and the anesthesia used. Please inquire during your consultation.

Q.

Can I have a consultation and treatment on the same day?

A.

For new patients using online booking, we offer the following:

【Surgical Consultation】: Same-day consultation only.

【Injection Consultation】: Same-day consultation and treatment possible (consultation only is also an option).

【Skin Consultation】: Same-day consultation only.

About Hyaluronic Acid Fillers

Q.

How long does hyaluronic acid last before it's absorbed?

A.

Most of our hyaluronic acid fillers last for about 12 months. For softer areas like tear troughs, we may use fillers that last about 6-8 months.

Duration can vary by individual, so please be aware of this.

On the Day of Your Visit

Q.

How much time should I allow for my visit?

A.

For a first-time consultation only, please allow approximately 1 to 1.5 hours.

If you are having both a consultation and a skin treatment on the same day, allow about 1 hour for the consultation and payment, followed by 30 minutes to 1 hour for the treatment (depending on the treatment). Total estimated time: 2 to 3 hours.

If you are having both a consultation and an injection treatment on the same day, allow about 1 hour for the consultation and payment, followed by 30 minutes to 1 hour for the treatment (depending on the treatment and whether anesthesia is used). Total estimated time: 2 to 3 hours.

*However, for injection treatments with Dr. Kida, please allow 2.5 to 3 hours due to anticipated high demand.

About Payment

Q.

Are there fees for initial consultation, follow-up, or doctor designation?

A.

Initial consultations, follow-up consultations, and re-examinations are free. However, a first-visit fee of ¥5,500 (tax included) applies for consultations specifically with Dr. Hotta, Dr. Yasugi, or Dr. Iwama. Thank you for your understanding.

Effective June 1, 2023, a first-visit fee of ¥5,500 (tax included) will also apply for consultations with Dr. Kida.

*Depending on the treatment, additional fees for Vectra (¥5,500 tax incl.) or VISIA (¥3,300 tax incl.) may apply.

About the Clinic

Q.

What are your clinic hours?

A.

Our clinic hours are from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

The last appointment time for new patients is 5:00 PM, and for returning patients, it is 5:30 PM. Please keep this in mind when booking.
