Treatment details: Hyaluronic Acid Injection (Nose Tip: Restylane Lyft)
Projection at the nasal tip was the specific concern here, and Restylane Lyft was selected because its firmness holds shape in an area under constant skin tension. Nasal tip injection is priced independently of the material used, reflecting the technical demand rather than the product. This region carries a higher vascular risk than most filler sites, so injection was performed slowly, in small volumes, at a depth that keeps the material away from the vessels running along the nasal dorsum. The image was taken immediately after treatment. Patients are asked to report any unusual pain or colour change in the nose without delay.
The nasal tip has a limited blood supply and tight overlying skin, so hyaluronic acid here carries higher risk than most areas. Vascular occlusion can present as prolonged whiteness, pain, mottled discoloration, and skin necrosis, and injection around the nose has in rare cases caused loss of vision. Any unusual pain or color change is reported at once so that hyaluronidase can be given. Swelling, redness, and firmness are usual for several days. Previous rhinoplasty raises the risk further.
