Treatment details: Morpheus8 (Submental), EmbraceRF (Face, Submental)
The concern below the jaw here was skin quality rather than a fat pad, so the plan was weighted toward contraction instead of removal. EmbraceRF was run under the cheek and submental skin at a controlled temperature, and that is where most of the lift in this result comes from. Morpheus8 followed over the same territory to reach the dermis from above and even out surface texture. I photographed at one month because that is when swelling has settled enough to judge the jawline honestly, though the radiofrequency effect keeps developing until roughly the third month. A further Morpheus8 pass is discussed at that point if the neck asks for more.
The probe enters through small punctures under the chin and beside the ears, and those points stay swollen and bruised for a week or two. Loss of sensation across the jaw and upper neck is usual and can persist for two or three months, with firm bands felt beneath the skin while the tissue settles. Heat delivered unevenly may leave a burn or a visible ridge, which is uncommon but not impossible. Morpheus8 adds a grid of red dots and light crusting for several days and carries a risk of pigment change in darker skin. Tightening can fall short of expectation or read asymmetrically. Infection is rare. The outcome is assessed at around three months.
