Nasal tip projection and lip volume were addressed together, with product chosen by region. The firmer NEAUVIA INTENSE holds shape at the tip where support matters, and Juvederm VOLBELLA was used in the lip because it is fine enough to define the border without heaviness. Nasal tip injection is performed slowly and in very small amounts, with aspiration and constant attention to skin colour, as this is one of the higher risk sites in facial filler work. This photograph is taken immediately after the procedure, before swelling has resolved. Patients are asked to avoid pressure on the nose while the material settles over the first week.

Because the nasal tip has a limited blood supply and little slack, filler placed there can compress or enter a vessel. Vascular occlusion leading to skin loss is rare, and vision impairment has been reported in isolated cases, both needing immediate hyaluronidase. Blanching, severe pain, or dusky skin must be reported at once. The lips swell noticeably for two to three days, bruise easily, and may reactivate herpes simplex. Firmness, small lumps, and side to side differences can persist briefly.
