The frontal view is the one that decides whether filler across several sites has been balanced correctly. From the side each area can look well corrected while the face still reads as uneven from the front, usually because one cheek has taken more volume than the other or because the chin sits off the midline. Working through all four sites in a single appointment lets me check symmetry against a fixed reference rather than correcting one region at a time across separate visits. This photograph is taken on the day, before swelling has resolved, so the cheeks in particular will lose a little of the fullness shown here. The patient is reviewed at two weeks.

Of the four sites treated, the nose is the one where a blocked vessel is serious enough to change how the injection is performed. If gel enters or compresses an artery the result can be pain, pale or dusky skin, tissue loss, and in rare reported cases loss of vision. Severe pain or any visual change after treatment is an emergency and requires hyaluronidase without delay. At the other sites, swelling and bruising last several days and the chin can feel firm for weeks. Filler in the midcheek groove is prone to looking puffy in the mornings or holding water. Nodules, asymmetry between the two cheeks, and delayed inflammatory reactions months later are possible. Product placed across several areas fades at different rates, generally within a year.
