Difference between the Hamra Method and Transconjunctival Hamra Method

This approach is performed through an incision on the skin side of the lower eyelid.
It may be considered for patients who are concerned not only about under-eye bulging and hollowness, but also excess or sagging skin.
⚫︎ Transconjunctival Hamra Method:
This approach is performed from the inside of the lower eyelid.
Because no incision is made on the outer skin surface, the orbital fat can be repositioned into hollow areas without an external skin incision.
