The patient presented with concerns of enlarged pores, pigmentation, freckles, and uneven skin tone due to acne scars and redness. To address these issues, we performed a Pico Spot Unlimited treatment, which is particularly effective for targeting multiple pigment lesions in one session. This procedure allows us to selectively break down unwanted pigment while minimizing damage to the surrounding skin, leading to a clearer and more even complexion over time. In addition, improvement in pore congestion and overall skin texture is expected as the treatment stimulates collagen regeneration.

Although Pico Spot treatment is generally safe and well-tolerated, there are potential risks. Temporary redness, swelling, or mild irritation may occur in the treated areas, typically resolving within a few days. In some cases, patients may experience slight darkening (post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation) before the pigment gradually fades. Rarely, blistering, scabbing, or uneven pigmentation can occur, especially in individuals with sensitive skin. To minimize risks, it is important to follow strict sun protection and post-treatment care as directed by the clinic.
