How to book
Every appointment starts with a conversation. Tell us your wishes and we will secure the time.

*For privacy protection and identity verification, reservations, including confirmations, changes and cancellations, are accepted from the patient directly. If this is genuinely difficult, please contact the clinic.
Online counseling
Meet your doctor by video before you travel, including the counseling required before surgery.
- Video consultation directly with the doctor. New patients are welcome, even between work
- No travel time or cost until the day you actually visit. Surgery counseling completed online makes your surgery date easier to secure
- For skin and face consultations, please join the call without makeup
- Patients living in the Kanto area: we recommend a counseling visit in person

What to bring
For identity verification: My Number card, driver’s license, health insurance card, passport, etc.
Bring your own makeup items if needed. The clinic does not provide any. Depending on the treatment, makeup may not be possible immediately afterwards.
For Alma Duo, FormaV, etc., please bring a sanitary napkin. A treatment gel is applied, which may stain your underwear.
If you arrive 10 minutes or more late, your appointment may be treated as a cancellation (no treatment or counseling on that day). Even with advance notice, we may be unable to accommodate you depending on the day’s schedule.
On the day
Final decisions always rest with the doctor after consultation.

From counseling to your operation
Counseling Visit
An appointment for counseling only, or online counseling if you live far away, to decide the most suitable procedure with your doctor.
Application & Deposit 20% · Date Secured
Complete the paperwork and pay a deposit of 20% of the total fee to secure your surgery date, on the counseling day itself or on a separate visit just for the paperwork with your written estimate.
Surgery Day Remaining 80%
Pay the remaining 80% and receive your surgery exactly as contracted.
- Cosmetic surgery is not performed on the same day as your first consultation, in principle
- Dates are secured in order of completed counseling and paperwork. We cannot book the surgery alone in advance
- Living far away? Complete online counseling in advance, timed to your preferred surgery date (for Kanto residents, we recommend visiting in person)
Changes & cancellations
Cancellations and changes are accepted until 23:59 (JST) two days before your appointment day. Past the deadline, an administrative fee of ¥2,200 (tax included) applies in all cases, payable at your next visit. Please contact us by phone or WhatsApp during reception hours. Requests must come from the patient directly.
Model pricing
Available only when your desired menu is currently recruiting monitors, and you agree to provide progress photos, in some cases up to 1, 3 and 6 months after treatment.
The rate varies by procedure and by how photos and videos may be used (e.g., whether your face is shown). Full contract details are confirmed at the clinic on the day.
Common questions
Is English support available?
Yes. English speaking staff are always available at both clinics; Ginza also has Chinese speaking staff. Your counseling and treatment explanation are provided in your language.
Can I just walk in without a reservation?
Our clinics operate by appointment. For availability on the day, message us on WhatsApp or Instagram (@bianca_clinic_tokyo) first. We will do our best to fit you in.
Can I receive treatment on my first visit?
Injections: yes, on the same day. Skin treatments: yes, with a “consultation + treatment” booking. Surgery: counseling first, with the operation scheduled separately. The final decision always rests with the doctor.
How do I book surgery?
Complete a counseling visit (or online counseling), then the paperwork and a 20% deposit. Your surgery date is secured at that point. The remaining 80% is paid on the day of surgery.
Who is online counseling for?
Patients living far from Tokyo or overseas who want to consult a doctor, including counseling before surgery, before traveling. Request it through any contact channel. If you live in the Kanto area, we recommend visiting in person.
