Yesterday we had the pleasure to welcome 20 people from the Chinese Cosmetic Surgery Association to present Bianca Clinic’s growth, vision and global aspirations as a game changer in the Japanese beauty field.

During the Q&A session, Dr. Hotta offered insights into Bianca’s approach to patient acquisition, marketing, and differentiation. The clinic focuses on creating new trends through social media, hosting events, and sharing valuable information, eschewing traditional marketing methods and following competitors.
