Thread lifting, hyaluronic acid and botulinum toxin were used in combination to work on tissue position, volume and muscle activity in one visit. Threads lift and anchor sagging tissue and stimulate collagen as they dissolve, filler replaces volume where facial support has thinned, and toxin softens lines produced by repeated expression. At one month the toxin effect is fully established and the filler has settled, though collagen formation around the threads continues for a further two to three months, so the contour usually keeps improving beyond this photograph. Mild tightness and tenderness on wide mouth opening are expected early on.

Tightness when yawning or eating is common for the first ten days, together with swelling, bruising, and tenderness where the threads were introduced. Puckering of the skin at the barbs generally settles within two weeks. Occasionally a thread is palpable, creates a visible line, or migrates and has to be taken out, and infection or extrusion at an entry point is rare. Support decreases gradually as the material dissolves over roughly twelve months.

Injected gel produces localized swelling and tenderness for two to five days, and bruises where a needle or cannula has passed can take a week to clear. The treated area may feel firm before it integrates, and slight differences between the sides are reviewed once settled. Lumps and gel moving from the intended position are uncommon and can be dissolved. Interruption of blood flow by hyaluronic acid is a rare emergency treated with hyaluronidase.

Reduced muscle movement appears within a week, so expression may feel unfamiliar at first. Injection points can bruise or itch briefly. Uneven results, a heavy sensation, or a mild headache in the early period usually correct themselves, and small adjustments are made at a review visit if needed. Function returns fully as the effect subsides across three to six months. Allergy to the preparation is rare.
