POTENZA with the CP25 tip delivers radiofrequency through fine needles into the dermis, which remodels the skin from within rather than working on the surface. Treating the full face keeps the improvement even, since patchy treatment shows as a difference in texture between areas. Redness settles within a day, and the collagen response builds over the three months shown here. The insulated needle tip releases energy at a set depth in the dermis while the epidermis is spared, so recovery is short compared with ablative resurfacing. Needle marks appear as a fine grid of red dots with mild swelling for one to three days, and tiny crusts can form where the tips entered the skin.
