NEAUVIA STIMULATE was used across all three regions in this case. Beyond providing immediate volume it contains components intended to encourage the patient’s own collagen production, so part of the effect develops after the initial filling has settled. Placement followed the midcheek groove, the cheek itself and the chin, treating the descent of the mid face as one process rather than as three separate hollows. This photograph is immediately after injection, when some of what is visible is swelling at the entry points. The contour becomes reliable at around two weeks, and the stimulatory effect continues to develop over the months that follow.

Injection along the midcheek groove sits under thin skin, so swelling there can linger for one to two weeks and bruising is common. Firmness or a small ridge may be felt at the chin and cheek for several weeks, and material can shift slightly with facial movement, leaving a difference between the sides that may need adjusting or dissolving. Blocked blood vessels are a rare complication that causes pain, skin blanching and possible tissue damage, and needs immediate treatment. Volume reduces over six to twelve months.
