EmbraceRF (Facial Tightening) + VASER Liposuction (Jawline) + Morpheus8 (Submandibular)

The concern here was the lower third of the face. Fat along the cheek and jawline had made the outline square, and the border with the neck had softened.

We removed fat from the cheeks and under the chin with VASER liposuction, then used EmbraceRF to tighten the skin so it would follow the smaller contour. Morpheus8 finished the surface under the jaw.

This photo is six months after treatment, which is when radiofrequency tightening has fully expressed itself. The face is narrower through the lower third and the jaw border is sharp in profile.

Six months is the point at which we judge this combination. Assessing at one or two months underestimates what the treatment does.

Swelling and bruising last two to three weeks.

The face feels firm and slightly uneven for one to three months.

Temporary numbness or tightness can continue for several weeks.

Over-reduction, irregularity, or asymmetry may occur and can require correction.

Burns, blistering, or pigment change from radiofrequency are rare but possible.

Infection is uncommon.

Patients with heavy skin laxity may need a surgical lift to reach the same contour.
