Treatment details: Pico Spot (Full Face)
Pigment across the full face was treated with an unlimited pico spot session. Two weeks is an earlier review point than we usually choose for pigmentation work, and the photograph reflects that stage: most treated spots have shed their crusts, but some residual pink at the treated sites is still present and continues to fade. Improvement in overall tone typically becomes clearer between one and three months. Multiple sessions may be needed depending on the depth of the pigment. Sunscreen use during the recovery window is important, since sun exposure on healing skin can drive pigmentation back.
Immediately after the session the treated points look white, then pink, with mild heat and swelling for the rest of the day. Thin scabs form and separate over roughly one to two weeks, and the fresh skin underneath stays pink for a while. Sun exposure during this period readily causes darkening. Not all pigment responds equally, so some points need repeating and deeper pigment may recur. Blistering, scarring, and pale patches are rare.
