Extensive body contouring was carried out in a single operation, with liposuction across the upper and lower abdomen, flanks, upper and lower back and waist, and the harvested fat transferred to the buttocks as a Brazilian Butt Lift. Treating the back and flanks alongside the abdomen matters for the final silhouette, since removing fat from the front only can leave the waistline looking unbalanced from behind. Fat for grafting was processed to concentrate viable cells. At three months swelling has largely resolved and a portion of the transferred fat has been reabsorbed, so the shape shown is close to the lasting result. Compression garments were worn throughout the early recovery.

Treating the abdomen, flanks, back, and waist in one operation causes widespread swelling and deep bruising that take several weeks to fade, with soreness like heavy exercise for the first week. Numb patches and firm areas can persist for two to three months, and the skin may settle unevenly or remain loose. Seroma, infection, and prolonged induration are uncommon. Compression has to cover the front and the back at once and is worn for as long as instructed. Fat embolism and deep vein thrombosis are rare but serious.

Grafted fat needs a stable blood supply, so sitting and lying directly on the buttocks are restricted for the period advised, and swelling of both donor and recipient areas lasts one to two weeks. A portion of the transferred fat is reabsorbed over three months, so final volume differs from the immediate result and a second session is sometimes chosen. Oil cysts, firm lumps, contour irregularity, and asymmetry can occur. Fat entering a gluteal vein during injection is rare and can be fatal.
