Treatment details: Hyaluronic Acid Injection (Nose Tip, Nasolabial Folds, Chin, Jawline: NEAUVIA INTENSE, NEAUVIA FLUX, NEAUVIA LV)
Four regions were treated with three NEAUVIA products selected by firmness. INTENSE was used where structure was needed at the nasal tip, and LV and FLUX in areas requiring softer integration along the fold and the lower face. Treating the chin and jawline together with the nasolabial fold reflects how the lower face loses support as a whole rather than in isolated lines. Nasal tip injection was carried out slowly with attention to skin colour throughout, as the vascular risk in that area is higher than elsewhere. The image is immediately after the procedure and the final contour is assessed at two weeks.
Work spanning the nose, folds, chin, and jaw leaves several areas tender and slightly swollen for a few days, with bruising most likely along the jaw. Because the skin envelope at the nose tip is tight, filler there can compress a vessel. Vascular occlusion causing skin necrosis is rare, and vision impairment has been documented in isolated cases, so dusky color or severe pain calls for immediate hyaluronidase. Chin and jaw filler may feel firm at first. Correction lasts months.
