Treatment details: Hyaluronic Acid Injection (Chin, Nose Tip, Lips: NEAUVIA INTENSE, NEAUVIA FLUX)
Three areas were treated in a single session with two different products matched to what each region needs. NEAUVIA INTENSE is firm enough to hold projection at the chin and the nasal tip, while FLUX is softer and moves naturally in the lip, so using one product throughout would have compromised either support or feel. The nasal tip was injected in small increments with careful attention to blood supply, since this region carries a higher vascular risk than the rest of the face. The image is immediately after treatment. Lip swelling is greatest in the first two days and the shape becomes reliable at around two weeks.
Lip swelling is marked for the first two to three days and can be uneven, and cold sores may flare in anyone who carries the herpes virus. The chin usually feels firm to the touch for a few weeks. Injection at the nose tip carries a small but serious risk of vascular occlusion, which can cause skin necrosis and, in exceptional reports, vision loss, so hyaluronidase and urgent assessment are kept available. Lumps, bruising, and asymmetry may need review. Absorption takes months.
