Five regions were treated in one session as a single design rather than as separate corrections. Restylane Lido restored the hollow cheek, Juvederm VOLUX provided support at the alar base and NEAUVIA LV at the chin, and VOLBELLA, being the finest of the products used, was reserved for the tear trough where the skin is thinnest. Product selection followed the depth and firmness required at each site. This photograph is two weeks after treatment, once swelling has resolved and the result reflects the material rather than the procedure. Treating the mid face comprehensively avoids the imbalance that follows correcting one area in isolation.

Treating several areas in one visit means widespread tenderness, swelling, and bruising for up to a week, longest in the aegyo sal, where thin skin can also reveal a bluish Tyndall tone or small lumps. Cheek and chin filler is often firm to the touch initially. Injection at the alar base carries a rare risk of vascular occlusion with skin necrosis and, in isolated reports, vision loss, so blanching or intense pain calls for immediate hyaluronidase. Gradual absorption follows over months.
