Baby Derm was used here for skin quality as much as for volume. The material sits in the dermis and supports the thin lower eyelid skin from within, which helps with the fine crepe texture that filling alone does not address. Injection was through a cannula to keep bruising minimal in a region that marks easily. This image is taken directly after the procedure, so the surface still shows small raised points at the entry sites. Those flatten within a day or two. The visible improvement builds over the following weeks as the skin responds, rather than being complete at the moment of treatment.

Redness, tenderness, and small bruises follow the multiple entry points and generally clear within a week, though the lower lid holds discoloration longer than surrounding skin. Mild swelling in the morning is expected at first. Product sitting too shallow can create surface irregularity or a Tyndall type bluish cast that may need adjustment. Uneven results between the two eyes are possible. Vascular events near the eye are extremely rare. Maintenance is required as the effect declines.
