Treatment details: Baby Collagen (Under Eyes), Hydro Skin Botox
Two layers were addressed in one visit. Baby Collagen was placed in the under eye hollow through a cannula, and Hydro Skin Botox was delivered across the surface to soften fine texture and oil production. Combining them suits a patient whose tired appearance comes from both a structural shadow and dull surface quality, since neither treatment alone covers both. The image is taken immediately after the session, so a small amount of injection swelling is still present. The under eye result settles over the following two weeks, and the skin surface effect from the Hydro component builds over roughly the same period.
Bruising is frequent under the eyes because the skin is thin and the vessels sit close to the surface, and discoloration can take up to two weeks to clear. Swelling in this area often persists longer than elsewhere. Small lumps, unevenness, or a bluish Tyndall tinge can appear when material sits too superficially, and adjustment is sometimes needed. Injury to a vessel around the eye is very rare but requires urgent care. The material is absorbed over months, so the result is not permanent.
Microdroplet botulinum delivered through many shallow points leaves temporary papules, pinpoint redness, and small bruises for a few days. Pore size and oiliness change gradually rather than at once. Because the muscle fibers close to the surface are partly relaxed, a slightly stiffer or heavier feeling of expression can occur and settles as the effect declines over roughly three months. Infection is rare. Repeat sessions are required to hold the change.
