Morpheus8 (Submandibular) + EmbraceRF (Face) + Submental Liposuction

The line from the jaw to the neck had lost definition here, from a combination of fat under the chin and loose skin.

Removing fat alone would have left the skin slack, so we combined three steps. VASER liposuction took out the fat under the chin. EmbraceRF applied radiofrequency to the deeper layer to tighten the skin envelope. Morpheus8 treated the surface under the jaw with microneedle radiofrequency.

Three months later the jawline reads as a single clean line from the ear to the chin. The neck angle is sharper and the lower face looks lighter.

Skin tightening from radiofrequency continues for about six months, so the result at this point is not the endpoint. This combination works well for patients in their thirties and forties who do not yet need a surgical lift.

Swelling and bruising under the chin last one to two weeks.

The treated area feels firm or lumpy for one to three months while the tissue settles.

Temporary numbness or a pulling sensation may continue for several weeks.

Irregularity of the skin surface or asymmetry can occur and may need touch-up treatment.

Burns, blistering, or pigment change from radiofrequency are rare but possible.

Infection is uncommon.

Results vary with skin quality and age. Patients with heavy skin laxity may not reach the same degree of tightening.
