For this case, we used Juvederm Volift to treat the nasolabial folds.
Volift has a smooth and flexible consistency, making it well-suited for softening deeper lines while maintaining a very natural expression.
By carefully placing the filler, we can reduce the appearance of the folds without adding heaviness, achieving a refreshed and youthful look that blends harmoniously with the patient’s overall facial balance.
Swelling, redness, or bruising may occur at the injection site but usually subsides within several days.
Mild pain or tenderness can persist temporarily after treatment.
The injected filler may feel firm or uneven under the skin.
Results may differ from your expectations, and touch-up treatments may be required.
Over time, the filler may shift or become asymmetrical.
In rare cases, skin necrosis (tissue damage) can occur if blood vessels are blocked.
Severe complications such as vision loss have been reported, though extremely rare.
Allergic reactions, infection, or prolonged swelling may occur.
The effect is not permanent; results gradually diminish over several months to years.
