Top: Before treatment / Bottom: Immediately after treatment
This patient was concerned about hollowness and shadowing under the eyes that made her look tired even after enough rest. We treated the under-eye area with ezGEL (PRF), a gel filler prepared on the day of treatment from a small amount of the patient’s own blood.
Because ezGEL contains no synthetic additives, it is a natural fit for the delicate under-eye area, where we prioritize a soft, smooth transition over obvious volume. As the photo taken immediately after the injection shows, the hollows are gently supported and the shadows are already less pronounced, while the eyes keep their natural expression.
Beyond this immediate volume effect, the platelet-derived growth factors in ezGEL continue to stimulate collagen production, so the texture and firmness of the under-eye skin typically keep improving over the following weeks.
At BIANCA CLINIC, every injectable treatment is planned and performed by experienced doctors after a careful assessment of your facial anatomy, so that the result blends seamlessly with your features.
Mild pain, swelling, redness, or bruising may occur at the injection sites and typically resolves within a few days to two weeks.
The treated area may feel firm or show temporary bumps or unevenness while the gel integrates into the tissue.
In rare cases, infection or prolonged swelling may occur.
Very rarely, inadvertent injection into a blood vessel may impair blood flow and cause vascular complications such as skin necrosis; severe complications, including visual disturbance, have been reported with injectable treatments, though these events are extremely rare.
ezGEL is gradually absorbed over time, so the effects are not permanent; duration varies by individual, and repeat treatments may be needed to maintain the result.
