This patient previously tried fat-dissolving injections, but didn’t notice much improvement.
For that reason, we proceeded with Embrace RF Facet tightning / Morpheus8 / Liposuction, which not only reduces fat but also provides skin tightening for the lower face and submental area.
In cases where there is a combination of excess fat and skin laxity, these treatments tend to deliver a more defined and natural contour compared to injections alone.

These procedures—EmbraceRF (Face Tightening), Morpheus8, and Liposuction—are generally considered safe, but some risks and side effects can occur. Patients may experience temporary swelling, bruising, or mild discomfort in the treated area. Numbness or altered sensation is also possible, but this typically improves over time. During the healing process, the skin may feel firm or slightly uneven, and minor irregularities in the contour can appear. In rare cases, more serious complications such as prolonged swelling, delayed healing, minor burns or skin irritation (particularly with energy-based treatments), or persistent contour irregularities may occur, which could require additional treatment. Proper aftercare and regular follow-up visits are important to minimize these risks and achieve the best results.
