Baby Collagen Injection for Under-Eye Dark Circles

This patient was hesitant about surgery but wanted to improve the appearance of under-eye dark circles, so we recommended Baby Collagen.

Compared to hyaluronic acid, Baby Collagen is less likely to cause the Tyndall effect (a bluish discoloration when filler is placed too superficially) and blends in very smoothly.

It also stimulates collagen production, adding natural firmness, which makes it especially suitable for the delicate eye area.

The result was visible immediately after treatment, with the dark circles greatly reduced, and the patient was very pleased with the improvement.

Swelling, redness, or bruising may appear at the injection site and usually subside within a few days.

Mild tenderness, itching, or a firm feeling under the skin may occur temporarily.

Results may be asymmetrical or differ from your expectations, and touch-up treatments may be needed.

In rare cases, small lumps, nodules, or uneven texture may develop.

Infection or allergic reactions are possible, though uncommon.

The effect is not permanent; results gradually diminish over several months.
