What is Mid-Face Lift
Mid-face lift is a cosmetic surgery procedure that lifts sagging mid-face along with soft tissues and fixes them to the periosteum, creating a smooth, youthful, and well-balanced impression of the lower eyelid (lower eyelid) and mid-face. By lifting the fat from the lower eyelid rim to the cheek up to the nasolabial fold, it can make cheek sagging and laugh lines less noticeable and refresh the mid-face area from under the eyes to the nose.
Since it physically removes and lifts sagging skin, muscles, and fat, long-term effects can be expected from this lift-up method. It also has the characteristic of less noticeable scars since the incision is made along the lower eyelash line. -
There are two types of Mid-Face Lift
There are two types of mid-face lift: a surgical method that lifts tissue from above the periosteum and a method that lifts from below the periosteum.
・Mid-face lift (supraperiosteal)...A surgical method that dissects from the lower eyelash line above the periosteum, lifts the cheek fat, and sutures and fixes it to the orbital periosteum. Similar to the anterior hamra method, it involves incision along the lower eyelash line.
・Mid-face lift (subperiosteal)...A surgical method that dissects the anterior cheekbone surface from below the periosteum and sutures and fixes it together with the orbital rim periosteum, orbital septum, and orbital fat. Requires wider dissection compared to supraperiosteal. Characterized by high strength and less likely to revert.

BIANCA's Mid-Face Lift simultaneously performs anterior Hamra method
The characteristic of Bianca Clinic's mid-face lift is that anterior Hamra can be received simultaneously. Anterior Hamra is surgery that makes under-eye bags and sagging less noticeable by moving orbital fat under the eyes to eye socket depressions. While some clinics treat anterior Hamra method as a separate menu, at Bianca Clinic, Hamra surgery is included in the mid-face lift, so it simultaneously approaches under-eye sagging and mid-face concerns, leading to balanced, bright, and youthful eyes.
Note that while there are anterior Hamra method that incises the eyelash line of the lower eyelid and posterior Hamra method that incises from the mucosal part inside the eyelid, only the anterior Hamra method can be combined with mid-face lift since they incise the same area.

Design
Since the treatment is performed with makeup removed, please cleanse and wash your face before the treatment. Those wearing contact lenses should remove them beforehand. The doctor will imagine the finished result and perform marking. Once design alignment is completed, we will disinfect, anesthetize, and proceed to treatment.

Compression
After treatment, we compress the treatment area and have you rest to suppress swelling and internal bleeding. Also, for 3 days after surgery, we compress and fix under the eyes with gauze and bands. Depending on the condition, taping may be necessary for a week or more. Ointment and eye drop treatment is for one week.
