・Under‑Eye Dark Circle and Sagging Removal: A 5–7 mm incision is made on the inner surface of the lower eyelid (conjunctiva) to remove or reposition orbital fat—leaving no external scar.
The former is ideal for patients with significant loose skin, while the latter suits those whose primary concern is puffiness or dark circles caused by fat. A medical consultation will help determine the best option.
