This patient underwent upper eyelid lifting using a single-needle technique (8 sutures per eye) plus one continuous suture, for a total of 18 threads. Additionally, Morpheus8 was applied around the eyes, with a total of 102 shots targeting the lower eyelid area.

The procedure aimed to reduce excess upper eyelid skin and tighten the lower eyelid and periorbital area, improving the overall contour and rejuvenating the eye region. The combination of thread lifting for the upper eyelids and Morpheus8 for the lower eyelids provides both lifting and skin tightening, enhancing the natural appearance while addressing both sagging and skin laxity.

The procedures, upper blepharoplasty and Morpheus8 around the eyes are generally safe, but some risks and side effects may occur. Patients may experience temporary swelling, bruising, or mild discomfort in the treated areas. Minor redness, tenderness, or numbness can also appear, usually resolving within a few days to weeks.
There is a small risk of thread migration, asymmetry, or minor dimpling along the suture line. With Morpheus8, rare complications may include prolonged redness, pinpoint bruising, or temporary skin irritation. In very rare cases, more significant complications such as infection or persistent contour irregularities may occur. Proper aftercare and follow-up visits are important to minimize these risks and ensure optimal results.
