What is Abcracks?
Abcracks is a next-generation liposuction technique that uses the VASER® device to enhance vertical lines on the abdomen. Unlike conventional fat reduction, it focuses on three-dimensional shaping by accentuating shadows from the groin to the waist and lines extending from the navel upward.
While traditional liposuction simply reduced fat, abcracks utilizes design, suction method, and post-operative fixation to sculpt attractive, photo-ready abdominal lines. It creates not just a slimmer body, but a toned, confident silhouette you'll want to show off. -
Fat Dissolving × Targeted Suction for Stubborn Fat
VASER® liposuction works in two steps:
1. Fat Emulsification – VASER ultrasound waves break down stubborn, fibrous fat into a smooth state.
2. Fat Removal – Specialized blunt-tip cannulas gently suction the emulsified fat with minimal tissue damage.
Compared to traditional liposuction, VASER® offers a higher fat removal rate, preserves blood vessels and nerves, and significantly reduces pain and internal bleeding. Recovery is smoother thanks to minimal trauma to surrounding tissue.
All procedures are performed by certified VASER® Lipo physicians with extensive experience in advanced body sculpting techniques. -
Sculpted Abs While Preserving Skin Texture
Unlike weight-loss-focused liposuction, abcracks leave a strategic amount of fat to preserve natural skin texture and elasticity, resulting in smooth and youthful contours.
When skin sagging is a concern, our doctors may recommend additional treatments like “Embrace RF” for skin tightening. Designs can be customized—whether you're aiming for subtle vertical lines or full six-pack definition, our team designs abs to match your anatomy and goals.
No harsh diets are needed, and there's no risk of losing breast volume. Fat is selectively removed from areas that are hard to tone through exercise alone, helping you achieve your ideal shape.

Treatment
Under general anesthesia, 5mm incisions are made for cannula insertion. Tumescent anesthesia is injected to loosen fat, which is then suctioned using VASER®. Abs are sculpted according to the pre-designed markings. Compression sponges are applied, and the wounds remain open to allow drainage.

The day after surgery, the incisions are sutured. Sutures are removed 1 week later unless Dermabond (skin adhesive) is used. We recommend 3 days of rest for recovery.

FAQ
- Q How long is the downtime after abcracks?
-
A
Significant swelling after abcracks typically lasts about 1 to 2 weeks. Bruising generally subsides within approximately 10 days. Please note that recovery varies from person to person, so consider this as a general guideline.
- Q Is abcracks painful? What kind of pain can I expect during and after the procedure?
-
A
There is little to no pain during the procedure due to the use of anesthesia. After the treatment, you may experience muscle soreness similar to post-workout discomfort. Most patients find the pain subsides within a week.
- Q Are the scars from abcracks noticeable? Where are they located?
-
A
The incisions for inserting the cannula are about 5mm in size and are carefully placed in inconspicuous areas. There are typically three small scars—two in areas covered by underwear and one hidden inside the navel. These scars usually fade over time.
- Q How long do swelling and edema last after abcracks? Will they affect my appearance?
-
A
Swelling and edema usually peak on the third day after surgery and gradually subside thereafter. Most patients feel comfortable returning to daily life within about two weeks. There is little to no visible impact when clothed.
- Q How long do I need to wear compression garments after abcracks?
-
A
Compression using sponges is maintained for 72 hours after surgery. After that, a support garment is worn for a designated period. The exact duration may vary depending on your condition, so please consult your doctor directly.
- Q Can liposuction cause lumps or hardness?
-
A
Around one month post-surgery, you may experience a tight or firm sensation in the abdominal area due to contracture. Contracture is a condition in which scar tissue hardens or pulls the skin, often seen in healing wounds. It usually begins around 2 weeks post-surgery and gradually softens, becoming less noticeable after about six months. At BIANCA CLINIC, we also provide detailed guidance on contracture care.
- Q Is there a risk of regaining fat after liposuction? Will the abdominal lines created by abcracks fade?
-
A
Since liposuction reduces the number of fat cells, the risk of regaining fat (rebound) is generally low. Combining it with Embrace RF treatment can further enhance skin tightening effects and help maintain the sculpted abdominal lines.
- Q How is VASER® liposuction different from other liposuction methods?
-
A
VASER® uses ultrasound technology to liquefy fat before suctioning, minimizing damage to blood vessels and nerves. This approach results in less bruising and pain and allows for a shorter recovery period compared to traditional methods.
- Q Are there any disadvantages to liposuction? What should I know in advance about abcracks?
-
A
As with any surgical procedure, liposuction requires a certain amount of downtime. Post-operative swelling and contracture may also occur. At BIANCA CLINIC, we provide thorough explanations during your pre-treatment consultation and guide you through proper aftercare.
- Q Can I have other areas treated with liposuction at the same time as abcracks?
-
A
Yes, it is possible to combine abcracks with liposuction of other areas such as the back, waist, or thighs. Comprehensive body contouring can be achieved through multi-area treatment. Please consult with your doctor for more details during your consultation.
