Notice Regarding Special Fees and Reservations for Physician-Designated Appointments (all prices tax included)
Regular consultations and counseling (initial and follow-up) are free of charge at our clinic.
*If you request a specific physician, fee and reservation rules may differ from the standard. Please be sure to confirm the details below before submitting your reservation request.
*1. Regarding reservations requesting Dr. Hotta
Designation is available only to those who meet one of the following conditions:
① First-time patients: those referred by an existing follow-up patient
② Follow-up patients
*No initial consultation fee is required in either of the following cases:
・Existing follow-up patients of our clinic (with treatment history under Dr. Hotta)
・Existing follow-up patients of our clinic (with treatment history under Dr. Okubo or Dr. Saiga)
*2. Regarding Dr. Iwama's follow-up consultation fee
A follow-up fee (¥33,000) generally applies, but is waived on the day if any of the following ①–③ apply:
① The proposed treatment is booked or contracted for that day
∟If canceled at a later date, the follow-up fee will be charged at your next visit
② Skincare products totaling ¥11,000 or more are purchased
③ For consultations regarding treatment at another clinic, or multiple consultations regarding an already-contracted treatment, if no payment (treatment or product) of ¥33,000 or more is made that day, a consultation fee of ¥33,000 will be charged
*3. Regarding Dr. Maeda's follow-up fee
This applies in cases of "consultation/counseling only."
*4. Regarding Dr. Kida's counseling fee
This applies to "consultation only" visits, regardless of whether it is an initial or follow-up visit (fee revised as of January 2026).
For an initial visit with counseling only: Initial consultation fee + counseling fee will apply

Regarding the follow-up fee (all prices tax included)
This applies in cases of "consultation/counseling only."
Regarding the Female Sexual Function Clinic fee
Initial visit: ¥22,000 / Follow-up visit: ¥11,000
・First-time patients: ¥22,000; second visit onward: ¥11,000
・If treatment or medication is prescribed during the consultation, additional fees will apply
・If more than 6 months have passed since your last visit, the initial consultation fee will apply again
・If treatment is paused and resumed after 6 months or more, the initial consultation fee will also apply
