Alar Reduction narrows the width of the nostril base and reduces outward flaring for a more balanced lower nose. The procedure is performed through a small incision inside the mouth, helping to avoid visible external scarring. The incision is made inside the nostril, leaving no visible external scarring. Depending on the patient's condition and wishes, implant replacement or an autologous rhinoplasty procedure, such as septal extension, can be performed simultaneously.
