POTENZA and Rejuran were combined across the full face to work on skin quality from two directions. POTENZA uses microneedling radiofrequency to deliver energy into the dermis and prompt a remodelling response, while Rejuran supplies polynucleotides that support tissue repair. Performing them together means the injected material reaches skin that has already been stimulated. Two weeks is an early review point for this pairing: the initial redness and swelling have settled, but the collagen response is still developing and continues over the following months. A course of sessions gives a more substantial result than a single treatment.

Potenza leaves the face red, warm, and slightly swollen for one to three days, with a pattern of pinpoint marks and light scabbing at the needle sites. Dryness and a rough texture follow for about a week. Pigment change after inflammation is more likely in reactive skin or with sun exposure, and burns, tracking lines, or small scars are rare. Cold sores may be triggered. Several sessions spaced about a month apart are advised, with change developing slowly.

Injecting polynucleotide across the face raises small blebs at each point that flatten within a few hours to two days, and bruising at some points can last about a week. Redness, itching, and tenderness are common on the day. A firm nodule occasionally lingers for several weeks. Skin quality changes over a course of three or four sessions rather than after one, and the benefit reduces without maintenance. Infection is rare.
