Treating both layers matters because relaxing muscle activity alone leaves surface irregularity untouched, while peeling alone does not affect lines driven by movement. The inner eye corner and chin doses were kept low, as these areas require restraint to avoid altering expression. One month reflects the fully developed toxin effect alongside the renewed skin surface. Redness and mild flaking after the peel resolve within days.

Redness and a warm stinging sensation during the treatment settle within a few hours, leaving the skin feeling tight. Fine flaking, dryness, or a slightly rough surface can follow for two to four days and is managed with plain moisturizer.
